1. General Refund Policy

Once a service or subscription has been activated, refunds will not be issued for the current month or billing cycle.
You may stop your subscription from the next cycle, but payments already made are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Duplicate or Multiple Purchases

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Multiple purchases of the same service

In such cases, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.
Once verified, approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

3. Emergency Situations – Single Purchase Requests

In rare and genuine emergency situations, if a single purchase was made unintentionally or under distress,
you may request a refund. These requests are reviewed case-by-case by our admin team.
